Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Distribution Account Manager-Sales responsible for driving business growth in the industrial domain by collaborating with channel partners and OEMs. The scope extends nationwide, requiring oversight of all customers and channel partners to ensure comprehensive business growth across the Vishay product vertical.

Job Location:

Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).

What you will be doing:

  • Work with channel partners and OEMS’s to increase business in north region.
  • Sales pipeline growth for the north region.
  • Driving conversions (new business from the region).
  • Developing new customers.
  • Maintaining customer relations, travelling and meeting customers.
  • To track key competitors and their activities, develop competitive analysis reports to help develop competitive go to market plans.
  • Assist distributors in identifying correct products to push by application.
  • Responsible for New business $$ revenues targets.
  • Must have excellent rapport and insight with key customer accounts in north region.
  • Work with OEM R&D or Design and Development team to explore opportunities to pitch in Vishay products.

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic or electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 10-12 years working experience in sales management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, a team player and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
  • Good communication (spoken and written).
  • Able to travel frequently.
