Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for an FAB Etch Engineer.  In this position, you will report to the Senior Process Engineer Photolithography & Etch, within the Process Engineering organization.

Job Location:

Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.

What you will be doing:

• To manage Process Control for all Etching process (Wet, Dry, Spray) in wafer production line
• To manage Process key parameters, including Cpk, Yields, Costs and defects
• To manage Technology improvement, by qualifying and introducting new equipments and developing new processes to support future products introduction or process optimizations
• To understand and identify sources of risks and corrective actions
• Willingness to learn, study and communicate with other departments.
• Creative and effective data analysis with powerful software packages (JMP, SAP BO, YieldWatchDog)
• Teamworking with skilled and heterogeneous group of process engineer

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors Master’s degree, PhD Level Management Engineer or similar.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience in semiconductor industry or similar
• Good knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
• Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from Top Managers.
• Good motivation to master new major challenges.
• Good coaching and mentoring skill.
