Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Process Area Engineer – Photolithography & Etch.  In this position, you will report directly to the FAB Process Engineering Manager of the site.

Job Location:

Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.

What you will be doing:

• To manage a team of 2 Process Engineer, 1 Equipment Engineer, 1 Process Engineer
• Responsible for OEE, Process Cpk and Quality of the Photolitography and Etch production area
• To drive Technology improvement, identifying best solution to support the development of new process and products, as welle as innovative production methodologies
• To keep process cost under control
• Teamworking development as team leader

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors Master’s degree, PhD Level Management Engineer or similar.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in semiconductor industry or similar
• 3+ years’ experience as Process Engineer

• Excellent knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
• Good attitude in dealing with issues and requests from Top Managers.
• Good motivation to master new major challenges.
• Good coaching and mentoring skill.
