Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay US is currently seeking applicants for a Payroll audit specialist.

Job Location:

Malvern PA, Hybrid working schedule

What you will be doing:

  • Audit of payroll adjustments and entries; weekly payroll audit reports
  • Process all benefit invoices using reporting capabilities within benefit administration site & UKG.  Works with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing.
  • Create and review GL reports for Accounting each week; run weekly payroll reports for Accounting
  • Maintain and audit employee data in SAP & UKG
  • Perform monthly new hire audit and weekly 10% payroll variance audit
  • Run monthly Headcount and OT reports for Accounting
  • Run monthly and quarterly vacation accrual reports for Accounting
  • Backup payroll processing as necessary
  • Extract payroll files weekly from timekeeping system; assist with timecard errors/unapproved cards
  • Special projects as required

What you will bring along:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years payroll/accounting experience
  • UKG & Workday Knowledge preferred
  • Strong excel skills with Microsoft Office
  • Account background is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
