Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Tianjin is currently seeking applicants for a Section Manager of Asia Regional IEHS Infrastructure, Environmental, Health & Safety.

Vishay General Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. is one of the TOP 100 enterprises in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, Tianjin, PRC. There are around 1900 employees currently work here. 
What you will be doing:
•    Responsible for internal IEHS standards audit
  •  Maintain an up-to-date IEHS standards audit checklist worldwide
    •  Managing the Asia region IEHS standards audit program. 
    •  Conduct IEHS Standards internal audit for Asia manufactory sites
   •   Supervision of the CAV progress for continual improvement.
•    Surveillance EHS legal compliance for Asia manufacturing sites
•    Tracking & fulfilling global and regional EHS & sustainability goals
•    Support local team on Carbon emission inventory setup.
•    Property risk management especially for firefighting system risk assessment
What you will bring along:
•    Bachelor’s degree or above. Majored in Safety / Environmental Engineering or equivalent education.  
•    Familiar with national and international EHS & Energy standards and regulations
•    Familiar with ISO 14064 & ISO 50001
•    ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 internal auditor certification
•    3-5 years EHS work experience can work independently with good execute ability.
•    Skills needed in construction, mechanical, electrical, wastewater treatment system and air emission system management.
•    English skills to communicate effectively across the region and worldwide.
