Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay India is seeking a full-time Senior Analyst/Lead Workday HRIS Integrations & Reporting to join our global HRIS team. As we embark on the journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes globally, this role will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday – our Global Human Resources platform.

Job locations: The job locations for this opportunity include Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. However, applicants from other locations are also welcome to apply.

How You’ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

  • Integration Design and Implementation: Your role involves working closely with HR stakeholders globally. By understanding system capabilities, you’ll drive the design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday integrations. Ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external systems is critical. This end-to-end integration is essential for accurate and efficient HR data management.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: As a technical specialist, you’ll provide guidance on HR interpretations and best practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping HR processes and ensuring compliance. Staying up to date with Workday HCM data integration and interface is crucial. You’ll consult with internal and external customers to oversee Vishay’s HR data landscape.
  • Payroll Integrations: Your understanding of payroll integration will be key. Configuring and testing Workday HCM integrations related to payroll ensures accurate compensation data flow. Compliance with regulatory data requirements is essential. Balancing smart, creative solutions while meeting legal standards is part of your responsibility.
  • Reporting: Designing, troubleshooting, and building reports using Workday reporting tools (including Prism) is part of your role. These reports provide insights into decision-making. Maintaining a reporting inventory and validating data ensures data accuracy and supports HR analytics.

What You Will Bring Along:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS): You should have a solid background in HRIS, with a focus on Workday integration and reporting administration.
  • Workday Integration or Reporting Certificate (preferred but not mandatory): While having a certification in Workday Integration or Reporting is advantageous, it’s not a strict requirement.
  • Knowledge of US & Europe Payroll Systems: Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, and Malam is beneficial.
  • Experience in XSLT Transformation and XML: Proficiency in XSLT transformation and working with XML data is desirable.
  • Third-Party Application Experience: You should have hands-on experience with third-party applications using Workday Integration tools. Additionally, a strong understanding of HRIS design principles is essential.
  • Payroll and Workday Studio Integration (preferred): Having experience in payroll processes and Workday Studio Integration is a plus.
  • Understanding of Workday Reporting Capabilities (including Prism): A good grasp of Workday reporting features, including Prism, is valuable.
  • Advanced HR Knowledge and Global Team Experience: Demonstrated expertise in HR practices and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Customer Service, Communication, and Organizational Skills: Effective communication, customer service orientation, and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Work Experience: While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
