Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Process Engineer (Photo Etch) 晶圓廠 黃光蝕刻高級製程工程師.

You will be responsible for fab photo, etch module performance includes IPQC/yield improvement, productivity and trouble shooting. To manage the projects includes cost reduction, yield improvement and quality enhancement especially on new developed process. Continuous improvement programs (CIP) to meet commitments for automotive customers負責黃光與蝕刻製成，產品IPQC, 良率提升, 產能提升, 問題解決; 持續製程成本,良率,品質改善計畫, 以及新製程的開發。持續改善以符合汽車客戶的需求

What you will be doing:

• To sustain fab photo, etch module performance includes IPQC/yield improvement, productivity and trouble shooting. 負責黃光與蝕刻製成，產品IPQC, 良率提升, 產能提升, 問題解決

• To manage the projects includes cost reduction, yield improvement and quality enhancement especially on new developed process. 提出製程成本,良率提升,品質改善計畫, 新製程的開發

• Continuous improvement programs (CIP) to meet commitments for automotive customers. 持續改善以符合汽車客戶的需求

• To handle new products releasing from RD for photo etch process tuning and releasing for mass production.協助RD新產品導入量產

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above in physics, chemical Engineer 大學以上，物理, 化學相關科系

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry, especially photo etch module 五年以上半導體相關經驗，熟悉黃光蝕刻製成尤佳

• Fluent English in speaking, writing, and reading 熟悉英文聽, 說, 讀
